Would like to go back down size D cup... i always had big breast but I really saw my breast growing rapidly is when I had a baby and was a D cup and after I gave birth I ended up being a size G then to a H... and I'm currently a size 44 H.I have a consultation coming up next week I will let y'all know how it goes.

You are definitely more of a 32L-M cup! UK sizing! Please try a different bra since your insurance is being difficult!

It's not my insurance being difficult I trying to say I left a job and they cut the insurance off the first job .. I started a new job and had to wait 90 days for the new insurance to start

In that case I'd still recommend trying a bra that fits you like a glove, it might just change your mind. Wearing the wrong size is AGONY and a lot of women would not opt for a BR had they found a fitting bra first.

Lots of stores just tell you you are their biggest size to make a sale. Do the measurements yourself on brasizecalculator.tk and be amazed there is also reddit.com/r/abrathatfits which is filled with women with boobs who were once confused and love to help!

I agree with bluedream. I thought I was a 44DD but I used a bra calculator on google and found out I was really a 38G. It's helped with fit, but I can't find 38G very often.

I know how you feel I was A G cup and and lost 45 pounds and there still big but I'm waiting until I have children to a breast reduction my aunt had it done twice and they grew right back lol she was pissed

Thanks for you comment ... yea I pretty much done with children I have one son but yeah it's painful and back hurts so I'm getting it done .

Still waiting on my insurance approval .... I have Cigna insurance so I guess I got to wait to see what they say ....

I think you are beautiful just the way you are. I suggest not having surgery. As an alternative make exercise a daily part of life along with a cleaning eating routine.

Please! As someone who has had a BR try a proper fitting bra first! I promise you you are a much smaller band and larger cup than you think! You could save yourself $$$$ and scars that truly change your self image no matter whatZ
