I remember my surgeon telling me that boobs that look good right after surgury don't look good several months down the road. He told me that because my boobs did not look good in till several months post surgery when they settled. Before that, they looked high and my nipples pointed down. I'm sorry your not happy. They don't look bad, but I see your concern when doing a comparison of two months and then now..

It does look like you've maybe bottomed out - the 3rd photo looks like the implant is now sitting below the crease/incision line.. I would make an appt to see your surgeon!
