one week post op
Hey, one week has passed since I woke up with boobs! All seem well. As you all can see my implants are high and can't wait for the DROP! Tomorrow is the week follow up with Dr Saunders.
Funny story tell. The day after check up one of the doctors assistant and a rewrap. She tell me on Sunday I could shower ans start wearing a sports bra. Then she said of I have to wear a regular bra. Make sure its only for a short time. I kinda looked at her and explained how you can't put a gallon into a pint. Then again it might be the pain meds.

24 hr post op
Just got back from the 24 hr post op. Everything's looking good. :-)
How it feels? They say the second day is the roughest. I might just agree. Not so much pain, but the pressure and the weight of the swelling. Hick up are hell.

When I first meet with Dr Saunders. After viewing his website and Chadds Ford office. He seemed care about the little details. Which I believe is important to a plastic surgeon. Then there is the art collection. Which is another great thing to have. Any artist eye. As for his bedside manner. He's really care. Up to the point you pass out. The staff he assembled is just outstanding. His nurses and anesthesiologist just top notch.
