I always hated my boob shape. They looked like saggy, bean bags. I hated being naked and intimate with my husband of 5 years, and would always keep them covered up when being intimate. Somehow the topic of breast implants came up on our way back from our 5th anniversary trip. He didn't realize how disgusted and ashamed of my boobs I was and mentioned whether or not I wanted to get them fixed. I had never considered the thought. I was even more surprised at how supportive he was about the issue. After researching and finding out that breast augmentation was actually affordable, I scheduled a date, put down my $1,000 deposit and researched doctors in the Miami, FL area that were exceptional.

It's so weird looking at myself now. I find myself avoiding mirrors. Afraid that I might not recognize the personI see in the mirror. Is it just me or does everyone go through this?

After starving for surgery, I'm not very hungry. All I want is Special K French vanilla shakes, bananas, ritz crackers, and Pamela bread soup.

1 day post op sneak peeks

Decided I was brave enough to take a look to see where I'd come from, and what I look like now.

Everyone keeps telling me how much skinnier I look. Not sure if I see it. I just feel so bloated.

My progress so far. I love how huge they look naked, but how easy they are to conceal in clothing!

Scar Treatment choice

I am using the mepiform until it runs out, then switching to Biocorneum. Both can be found on Amazon, and both are pricey.

5 Months Post Op

I'm still having a hate/love relationship with my boobs. Sometimes they are too big, and sometimes they are perfect. I find it extremely hard to find a swimsuit and bra that doesn't make me look like I'm going on a porno shoot.

I currently wear a 32DDD bra from Victoria's Secret. The band size is perfect, but I still would like more cup coverage. I guess I'll have to try a bra from elsewhere in a 32F.

One thing I have noticed, is that with the addition of 2-2.5 lbs of added silicone weight, my body has kept on some weight it refused to shed; as if to balance these new foreign objects on my body. I went from 120 to 125 lbs :S

I have finally finished up on my mepiform treatment, and I'm now beginning my Biocorneum treatment.
