6 week Post Op today!

Today I had my six week post op appointment! Everything went well. She said I can start massaging the harder areas where scar tissue is building. She took updated photos. I was cleared to resume all activities up to my comfort level. I am excited to get active again and continue watching my body change! I'm anxious to run but I think I'm going to start with bike riding because I know I've lost a lot of my muscle tone in my legs. I still have curvy hips/thighs so running is a little painful when things bounce around back there because of the liposuction incisions. Including a few current pics! I'm a happy girl!

Your story was real, raw and inspiring. You seem like you're incredibly strong and clearly deserving of the outcome! You look fantastic and I am now looking forward to my surgery on 10/10/17.

Aw! Thank you for the kind words! I'm so glad this surgery was part of my journey! I'm going to try and keep this updated as I go to continue helping others make the best decision for their journey. It's not for everyone but for those who do, it's life changing for sure. Excited for yours! It'll be here in no time!

Compression Garment & Pics

So I started wearing my compression garment yesterday. It's super comfortable and durable. I noticed a huge difference in my shape just from wearing it for eight hours. It's a sturdy material that breathes well and is easy to put on. I have attached a picture of the tag from it. Also taken some more before and after pictures. Loving what I see so far!
