About Me
- 5'7
- 145lbs
- 28 years old
- Athletic build
- big 34B/ small 34C
- No Children
- Looking for a fuller upper pole and those perky boobs
- Dr. Brian Joseph in Winter Park, FL (Park Avenue Plastic Surgery & Spa)
- Mentor Silicon implants - 400cc - under the muscle
- I did a lot of research to try to find the best doctors in all of central florida, and dr. Joseph kept popping up. My husband did a
search on his own to see which doctors he could come up with, and we both separately found that Dr. Joseph was the best candidate
according to what we found online. Now, I'm a pretty detailed girl and I noticed that there aren't too many reviews with images for the breast augs
by Dr. Joseph, so I figured I would go ahead and do that, because reading these reviews on real self have been incredibly helpful! If anyone has
any additional questions, please feel free to ask and I'll try to answer them for you! I know this process can be pretty scary, so if you're like me,
knowing ALL the details ahead of time can be helpful in making such a huge decision. =) I will be posting some pics but none fully nude (of myself).

Going to the Consultation
The first thing you'll do is schedule a free consultation with Dr. Joseph. There are a few things I wish someone would have told me before going into this consultation, so I'll list a few pointers here. First, this is usually the only time you'll see Dr. Joseph until your surgery. He does not attend the Pre-Op to go over sizing, that is done with his (fantastic) nurse, Annita. If you want to discuss sizing and what your desired outcome is, I would suggest printing out some wish pics and bringing them in to show him. This is also the best time to ask Dr. Joseph any questions you might have regarding the BA, so make sure you come prepared with all of your questions in hand. At the consultation, I met Dr. Joseph, and immediately felt at ease. He is a great, accredited doctor and I felt very comfortable around him. Dr. Joseph explained in detail what will happen in the surgery, his preferred methods and then he showed a bunch of before and after images from some of his work.
After this I was led into a different room and Dr. Joseph took measurements and explained what my breasts are like now (ex: size, shape, if one is bigger than the other, etc.) and how this might affect the outcome of the surgery (i.e. if your boobs are sagging, you might need a lift; if your boobs slightly point outwards, the BA will probably not change that, etc.) This is when I got a chance to ask any additional questions I had for Dr. Joseph. Then that was it! The consultation is done, and you're led out to meet with the office manager so she can review the pricing of the surgery (pro-tip: there's a discount for paying cash) and schedule your surgery (if you're ready to do so at that time, if not you can call any time - there's a $250 nonrefundable deposit in order to schedule your surgery date).
