Hi, have you considered also asking your question in the " ask the doctors" section here to get an opinion on what the majority of them think regarding the crescent lift for your size and shape.
I think your concern (i.e. "starting to be nervous") is valid. From what I've seen personally, a crescent lift does not do much to lift the breasts or areolas very much. It can also stretch the areolas to an undesirable shape, especially when combined with the weight of the implants. Indon't mean to be negative, but i'm assuming you've posted your question here because you would like some honest opinions.
My breasts were very similar to yours prior to my surgery; and I went for a full anchor lift to get the best shape possible. I know people are concerned about all the scarring…, however if you find a great board certified physician (that specializes primarily in breast lift surgeries) I think you'll get a better result with a full anchor or lollipop lift as opposed to a crescent lift. Just my opinion.
Once again I highly recommend you post your question to the doctors at this website for professional opinions. Good luck with your decision.

Hello, Hope all is well! I have been following your story as i am scheduled for a BA 1/3 and am debating on a crescent lift or not. How did your surgery go?

I'm 3 days post op & so far I'm really happy with them & the lift. Dr was pleased how surgery went. It hurts terrible. Believe everyone when they say that lol. I did have to stop my pain meds (oxy) about 30 hrs after surgery because it was making me really sick! So I've been on extra strength Tylenol every 6 hrs since then. I have to start massaging tomorrow. That is going to kill. I'm hoping I just keep getting better day by day.

Hi all - new to this site. My procedure is 6 days away now. I will be getting 350cc and a Crescent lift. Major loss of volume & sag after kids. I'm starting to get nervous about this type of lift based on what I've read on this site. Anyone with a positive Crescent lift experience? Please reassure!

Wow, the doctor kept the bottom of the areola attached! I like that technique. Happy healing.
