Well, this first week has been rough I tell you. From the swelling to the mood swings to getting no rest because of it all. I'm actually doing all right. I moved around more yesterday and drove myself also. I still have burning sensations and swelling. I see a change but not much. When I got my consultation I was made aware of this not a weigh loss surgery. I stuck to my understanding. It is supposed to be body conturing. I'm treating it as a start. I love my results. I hate my recovery. I can't really exercise yet but I'm on my stationery bike (barley ) doing a slow paddle it is also a start.

Hi naima718, I a picture once he was finished. I was flat all around and a thin over hang from my stomach. I will post it as soon as I figure out how to take it from camera to phone to site. I'm still extremely swollen right now. And haven't taken more pictures. But I will just for you. I'll ask my daughter to help me. I will tell you this recovery is not something I expected. I'm not goid with pain. Or swelling. I wasn't prepared for this. Oh please make sure your garment is tight and if not get waist trainer to help the tightness it will help shape you and rid the excess fluid. Good luck hun. Right now I see just small results but where I was to where I am now it is worth it. Now the rest is up to me. Diet And Exercise.

I remember the 2 weeeks after my surgery were rough! I was very sore and the swelling would be extreme at times. I followed all the instructions and as hard as it was at the time, the more I moved the easier everything became and I felt much better as well. Keep moving and hang in there!

How are you liking your results I have my lipo with Broder in Aug and I scared to death I am getting mixed reviews on him. Your honest reply would be appreciated

I went to Beleza Med Spa Cedar Park Texas, with Dr.Lawrence Broder. FIRST of all I forgot to say I love his staff. They are beautiful from the front desk to the janitor. Meaning I love everything about his office. So today was beautiful. I attempted my massage today but I couldn't get it. I was still swollen and too tender. It has only been a week. I spoke to Dr. BRODER TODAY, yeasssss!! He remembered me! This was very important to me. I am so comfortable when I am at the Med Spa. Yes, I'm swollen, in a lil pain, mostly uncomfortable when it is time for bed. And using the bathroom. But from reading other post it goes with the territory. Bye for now..
