Dr. Stolte operated on both my eyes in 2014, replacing my cataracts with Crystalens implants.While I am very pleased with the results, I am very displeased with my last (attempted) appointment.I was scheduled to see Dr. Stolte on the days after Thanksgiving,an appointment I had for some time.On the day BEFORE Thanksgiving, I received an email reminder about my appointment on the day AFTER Thanksgiving.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by an empty parking lot and a dark,locked building. When I called Stolte's office the following Monday and asked what had happened, I was told that it was a "computer error."There is an old computer cliche: "Garbage in, garbage out." The person who answered my call was completely unconcerned or not at all sympathetic. No apology at all. THEN they asked if I'd like to re-schedule. I told them I'd think about it--and I have. They wasted over an hour of my time and made me drive 16 miles round-trip FOR NOTHING---and they didn't even care!
