I have had one consultation with a surgeon in my home town, and am very excited. I am thinking of 375 or 400 cc high profile silicone round implants. I would like a full C to small D, I was a full C while I was nursing and it was the perfect size. I am 5'5 130 lbs and hope they don't look too big. My pre op apt is Jan 19. My husband will go to be sure I'm picking a good size (his peace of mind). I will post before and after. And put an update after my consultation.

I am a 34b a 34a in some bras. But I can not keep cleavage in a bra without pulling up my boobs every 30 minutes. It's very annoying, especially since I was a full C when nursing and got very comfortable with that.

My test look

I have been wearing a padded sports bra size D over my regular push up size B. This is the look it gives, I'm hoping to look like this after surgery maybe less wide and more perky. I'm Getting high profile. Going to try to wear this all month that way the people I work with won't see a big difference after my week vacation.

Wearing the two bras to work the month before surgery is a great idea. I'm nervous about my BA being obvious to my coworkers. Best of luck to you! :-)

Thanks. I ordered a size D zip front bra from VS. It was padded and I almost send it back but thought I could wear it over my reg bra. My husband thinks I'm strange. It makes me confident my coworkers won't notice. I was nursing last summer so when I'm back to tank tops there won't be much difference. Good luck with your BA.
