Married and now with two kids I wanted arms that didn't swing when I wrote on the chalk board (teacher).
I was overweight my first 35 years and then got the lap band. I have kept over 100 pounds off for nine years and finally wanted nice arms. Nine years ago I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction so I knew about pain. I'm now 5 foot seven and 180 lbs ( size 14).

I could take care of myself immediately following surgery. Wearing a bra was not pleasant so I had some tanks w support that I shimmied on. My pain is fine during the day but by five pm in sore and cranky. Keep in mind that I'm dealing w two toddlers.

Your arms look really good, such a big difference when you look at your before and after pictures.
Good luck with the rest of your recovery.
