I've spent a lot of time browsing Real Self and getting information, motivation, and inspiration from all the ladies here, so I thought I'd finally start writing about my own experience. I'm scheduled for a Breast Augmentation and Brazillian Butt Lift with Premium Care Plastic Surgery in Cartagena, Colombia. While I am fairly athletic, I have always had trouble getting rid of the little bit of extra fat that stubbornly hangs around on my stomach and back. Additionally, I've never had much to speak of in terms of hips or a behind, so any extra weight I put on just serves to accentuate my apple shape. My whole wardrobe is dedicated to clothing that creates the look of a defined waist and curvy shape (think a lot of A-line skirts, structured pieces, and push-up bras.) At age 30, I'm exhausted with trying to fake an hourglass figure every day, and I'm ready to see what I can do about finally getting the real thing.

Ohh I wishh you good luck on your journey, im certain you will be able to get the results you want. When I met Dra Carolina Restrepo I found that she has this bubbly personality, she is very warm, beautfiul and a nice lady. You will love her.

Wish pics!
I'm hoping for a nice heart shape from my BBL (in whatever size is possible for me!) For my breast augmentation, I like a very soft look and natural shape (very little upper pole fullness.) But still on the larger side :)

Hello, I'm also traveling to Cartagena In Jan 27 2016 for my BBL with Premium Care Plastic surgery .. I'm also a little worried that they wont be able to do what I want in regards to my butt I don't want nothing small.. I have a friend that just left over there to do the same BBL waiting to see her pics wish you the best :)

Thanks a lot! I'd love to hear how it turns out. While I love the extreme curves that some doctors seem to create, I was not able to find one who gives these results consistently without sometimes creating major issues (burns, infections, stomach lumps, etc.) For me, it just came down to wanting a more conservative surgeon who I really trusted to give me a high quality, healthy result. I really hope I can get that wow-factor, but Im willing to risk coming out with more subtle results than I had hoped. I'm NOT willing to risk screwing up my body in pursuit of really extreme results. (Although all surgeries carry risks, I feel that I owe it to myself to minimize these. We all do!) I'm still hoping for the best of both worlds though :)
