Marble- Like Lumps in Sequence Under Incision Line of Tummy Tuck

These are pictures of my tummy tuck scar. The lumps cannot be seen but if you run your finger over incision line you can feel a sequence of small lumps. I've contacted the dr. He told me it can be fixed with scar revision but that was a couple months ago. I emailed him again about my concerns of it happening again, & how was this revision gonna happen financially & he never replied back to me.

Hi everyone, I had a mommy make over including full tt with muscle repair lipo to back, waist & flanks (none on stomach), breast lift, bbl & mini arm lift. I'm 7 months post op, I had surgery back in January in Colombia by Dr. Alex Campbell. My issue is my tummy tuck scar, it doesn't "look" bad BUT when you run your fingers down my incision line you could FEEL marble sized lumps in sequence. I'm assuming it's something with the sutures being they're in sequence. I brought it to Dr's attention in email & he said that it's possible I had a reaction to the sutures, which he said he used Ethicon. You could see the scar line through panty or tight dress. Also, stomach appears flat but still have fullness under incision line, pubic area. I wanted to have a round of lipo done on my stomach being that I couldn't have any when he did tummy tuck, but I'm worried now that I will need tt revision, open me back up & basically have surgery all over again & what if I get lumps again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated & help, thankyou
