Natural Red Head with White Eyebrows and Lashes - Former Everyday Brow Shadower! - Carrum, AU

I had my eyebrows cosmetically tattooed and also had a lash enhancement tattoo treatment at Face The Art studio in Carrum Victoria last Friday. It has officially been one whole week since I had the treatments done and I must say I am 100% happy with the whole process. Firstly, Karen took the time to speak to me over the phone to discuss my expectations and what I wanted to have done. She gave me a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I paid after my appointment. My appointment took longer than she had anticipated because she insisted on making sure that I was really happy with the design that she pencilled on and she allowed me to have time to show her pictures that I had found of what I wanted. After a discussion about colour choice (which I am SOOOO happy with) she started tattooing my eyebrows. I felt nervous to start with because I was scared about the pain and the outcome after hearing of bad jobs done by other people. She was absolutely awesome in stating the facts about the pain and she new exactly how it felt as she was doing it as she has had the procedure herself as well. She is very calming and even put up with me being a little bit of a sook having to stop every now and then to have a break. I felt as if she looked after me as if she had known me forever and even called me after a few days to see how I was feeling and to check how my brows and lash lines were progressing. She explained the process fully so that I knew exactly what to expect and everything is exactly as she has explained. I was also given a little tub of Bepanthum antiseptic cream to take and a bag including aftercare instructions and her contact phone number in case I had any further questions after the treatment. Normally you would be expected to purchase a whole tube of this yourself from any other place I am sure! Just another one of her personal touches that makes Karen a great technician. I don't think I will need any touch ups at this point but touch ups are free for 12 months after the procedure and any touch ups after this time are discounted. Also, Karen is more than happy to come up with package prices if you wish to have more than one procedure done at a time like I did. I will never go anywhere else and I certainly will be recommending her to all my friends and family because I know they will be in good hands. Emma, 27yr old, Melbourne, Victoria, AU.
