I do have a small white incision line visible on my top lip. It isn't very noticeable especially when wearing makeup. I am happy that I had the surgery.

hello, how are your results currently?
I’m sorry but this looks horrific, lip advancement is an abandoned technique and for good reason. Your vermillion border is destroyed, the lips look strange and deformed, almost as if you’ve had a cleft palate repair. If you’re happy, great! But this is truly scary and “botched looking” Hopefully the scar will calm down, but I don’t think this procedure EVER looks good, regardless of the skill of the surgeon.
Horrific isn't a word I wasn't expecting. To be brutally honest three years ago I was in a very bad place. I made some pretty bizarre elective surgery choices. With that said, there are some thing I don't like about my lips but overall I'm ok with the finished results. It balances my features (I had thin lips before) & the white line isn't noticeable to any one but me. I did have a mole removed before the procedure maybe that is what you were referring to as a left pallet look. Best Wishes & thank you for your honesty.
Hi AESmith! Sometimes we make questionable decisions when we're in a bad place, unfortunately this looks to be one of them. I personally think you look great judging by your pfp but I gotta agree that the post op looks pretty terrifying. I'm honestly shocked that this was performed in the US, I don't know a single surgeon who recommends this type of procedure, luckily it hasn't tainted your beauty! Their probably referring to the post op photos, your finished result photos after healing look fantastic. very natural result

I LOVE MY LIPS

Dr.Eppley is the best plastic surgeon ever! He is an artist. He transformed my entire face with a lip advancement. I love smiling now. I love getting my picture taken. I am over the moon with my results.

Could you post a photo of what your lips look like healed? Not the same just seeing a photo right after surgery

I'm so happy!!! Dr. Eppley is wonderful! He talked with me at length about my procedure and we changed what I originally thought I wanted. Grateful for his knowledge, ethics, patience, thoroughness and care. If you are considering lips, I highly recommend Dr. Barry a Eppley.

That was the picture I gave Dr. Eppley to copy. It is an example not my lips surely you didn't think I was trying to pass it off as mine?
Ah I see. I didn't see a note saying that though, and because it's in the middle and doesn't show the rest of her face, at first I thought it was you, until I recognized the smile. So it could lead to some confusion.
Very nice! Is this also known as a lip lift? I met him before for a consult and he seems wonderful!
I like my results. It was a lip advancement surgery.
