Procedure is less than a week away and I am a nervous wreck! I am going with 425cc, saline, crease, under the muscle. 425cc looks so different on everyone. I don't want too look fat! I started with 375cc, then 400cc now I am at 425cc because I don't want to go through all of the pain for little difference.

After nursing 2 of my 3 children, I am currently a deflated, barely B. I just want to feel better in my swimsuit. And I like to feel sexy! My husband is all for it of course, but again I am a nervous wreck!!

What was the recovery like for you?
When did you start back to work?

I think 425 will look great on you! :) also the recovery isn't that bad just really uncomfortable because of all the pressure on your chest at first. After the first week it gets better :)

My recovery was insanely easy and pain free. Seriously I had no pain ever. I have a little pressure and discomfort but nothing terrible at all. I always had to remind myself to rest because I felt so good haha. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do! Best of luck!

I'm struggling with size too. I keep telling my doctor and his staff that I don't care how big they are naked, but I don't want to look top-heavy. I'm considering 475's because I'm tall and they say I can carry more. Still nervous!

My doctor does not recommend ice so I can't help you there. Where are you sleeping immediately after surgery? Your bed or a recliner? If you're staying in your bed I recommend those big pillows with the little arms on the side. They're great for support since you have to be upright all the time for quite a while. Did your PS recommend Arnica and Bromelain? Those are vitamins that are wonderful for bruising and swelling.

They did recommend Arnica, but I read it's not good for you when taken orally. Did you use it? What form? I was planning on sleeping in my bed propped up by pillows. Maybe I should look into the one your talking about with the arms. I did see others suggest that as well. My PD didn't say anything about ice yet either but I've read it helps. I'll call them tomorrow with "more" questions... Haha

I used Arnica orally and it helped me. I would recommend that pillow, I think you can get them pretty cheap at WalMart or Target. Like under $20.
