Ahhhh!! I've finally been released to go back to the gym! It's been the most difficult two weeks not being able to work out. Today she removed my surgical glue and gave me my scar ointment. This has been such an easy procedure for me. Hardly any pain or discomfort and I'm healing pretty easily! I'm so happy with the results. As you can see, I still have swelling and they are still pretty high. I'm starting to get the feeling back in my breasts. I go back in four weeks and will be completely released then. All is great!!!!! ????

Sure! It's biocorneum. I got it from my surgeon. I apply it twice a day. Two pea sized portions and massage it over my scars:))

Wow back to the gym after two weeks? It's amazing how drs advice varies from surgeon to surgeon. My surgeon told me 6 weeks! Lol. So pleased recovery has gone well for you. And promise us you'll take it easy for the first couple of weeks! We don't want you to do any damage girl lol. Best wishes xx

I'm so glad to see your posts on here. I am a newcomer to realself, but I have been looking for a while... so worried tho... I've been debating on donut or lollipop incisions due to scaring. Anyway, its been hard to find anyone with a similar pre-op shape/skin tone comparable to mine and a local surgeon (I really didn't want to have to travel super far being on pain meds and all). Most likely I would have to go for a more extensive procedure (mommy makeover), but seeing your progress has really given me hope. Your continued posting is very appreciated. :)

A week post op!

Wow! A week has gone by! I have recovered so quickly. I only took a few days off work. My first day back to work (paralegal), was exhausting though and I felt a ton of pressure on my chest as the day went on. I was so happy to get hope and take a muscle relaxer. But I am so in love with my results!!!! It has definitely boosted my confidence! I don't hate looking at myself when I get undressed!:)
