At my consultation I was told my chest was very narrow. I wanted a D cup and the only way to get that would be HP. I didn't like the look. I am going with 286cc left and 304cc right. I'm scared I will only be a B cup. I am 30 years old, I have 2 kids. I weigh 126lbs and I am 5ft 6in tall. My current bra size is 30AA. I have a 12inch wide chest.

You should go to a different ps we have very similar boobs and I'm actually a lot smaller than you and I'm doing 400cc hp silicone gels! I'm 5"1 110

I asked her about going bigger before surgery today because she asked me. She said the width of the next size up wouldn't fit my chest and if I do go bigger it would have to be HP. I didn't like the look of HP on me. I wanted a wider fuller look.

That's crazy lol some docs aren't comfortable going very big on small girls I had a doc tell me all he would do was 260cc then I found out all my friends went to my doc and he said last guy was crazy hahaha

If I stayed with the one I chose the base would be so wide it wouldn't give me a gap between and or go around to my arm pit. She offered me HP again and I told her no.

You look amazing. No cleavage gap like in most implant surgeries. You look totally natural and beautiful. Enjoy!

Time and date
My PS doesn't give a time until it comes close to your surgery date. I am going in this Friday March 20, 2015 at 6:30am. She has told me to use Hibaclense for 5 min each day before surgery and this helps prevent infection. I'm so glad a found someone on this sight that is my "boobie twin" and i am happy with the way her's look. I have been counting down the days and I can't wait. Just 2 more sleeps. Then I will be counting down the days til summer and getting new bras and swim suits.

Less than 12 hours to go....
I'm getting excited. I didn't mention before that I'm allergic to almost every pain med. my PS is having me use a pain cream called C4 Keta10%+DMSO5% Cream to use. She says that this is very effective. Anyone else use this? I can't believe only hours until I'm not flat chested anymore. Took some more before shots, so I remember how I used to look.

Can't wait to see the new addition..I was the same way..I had a small chest too..And I went with Sientra HP 545 cc under the muscle,and I'm very happy with my results,and end up with a large C small D..But I'm alone a 8 days post op...And my chest was 13.2.....your more then welcome to check my page out if you life..I will be posting pics tomorrow (3/20)...

You sound somewhat small framed so I have a hunch you'll be happy with your new look. It's nice your doctor is addressing some slight asymmetry too. Here are some helpful recovery supplies you may want to have on hand. Good luck and please keep us posted!
