My husband was actually deployed to Afghanistan...

My husband was actually deployed to Afghanistan when I had them done. I had a friend take me to my surgery appointment and did all other pre-op/post-op appointments by myself. They were my 'deployment' present. lol. I had wanted boobs for as long as I could remember! My mom used to tell me that I would get them. Finally when I was 18, she said 'I don't think they're coming.' It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to agree to let me get a BA because he is a butt man and likes small boobs and did not want me to look 'fake'.
I loved working with Dr. Turkle's office. They were fantastic. Dr. Turkle is known for her 'natural' enhancements. I was 26 year old, had no children, 5'5" 130lb, 32A, broad hips & a bubble butt. I wanted to balance my upper body with my ample lower body ;) Dr. Turkle decided what size and style of implant to use based on 1) my wish pictures 2) telling her my husband didn't want to me to look big and fake 3) the fact that I had chosen silicone 4) my measurements. It's been almost 5 years now & I love them. They suit me. They look very natural. I have to tell people they're implants, no one can even tell by looking at them. I chose silicone over saline because I had very little natural breast tissue of my own and I did not want to risk rippling. Also under the muscle helps to smooth the implant and make it appear more natural. Plus silicones last longer than salines. I should get at min 20yrs out of these. I chose an incision under the fold to unnecessarily avoid cutting milk ducts and damaging nerves in the nipple.
I am now a 32D. I do not have cleavage (that was heart breaking) because I did not have enough of my ow fatty chest tissue :( But I am certainly proportionate which was my goal.

Beautiful :)
PS, with the right bra you could probably have cleavage!

I've tried so many bras! First problem is that you can hardly find 32d in a store to try on. Second problem is that when you do... They're like $50-$60. I need a bra that has pushes in from the sides instead of just padding in the bottom of the cup. But thanks for the compliment!

Try a vs very sexy or fabulous bra. I wear a 32dd or 34d now and they definitely put them on display when I want to show them off ;)

Did you love them at first as much as you do now or have they changed and look more natural over the years? I've had my consultations but just trying to pluck up the courage to book in for surgery. When I see posts like yours it makes me want them done now and feel positive about the whole thing. I'm getting married in July next year and I hope that 10months will be long enough for them to look natural as that's my biggest concern. I know I need to act now though! I just don't want them too high, but I'm thinking more 220 for me, I'm 5f5 and 50kg.x

I do not think that have changed that much. I don't have a lot of tear dropping like so many women want. They're under the muscle and I work out do that keeps them high and tight. I think you should get it done soon so you'll have the lovely girl for your wedding dress. You can go down my update and see what mine looked like at 14 months. Compared them from then and now. I would select an implant around 300 cc. Mind are 286 because they have a narrower base than a full profile. You don't want something in the low 200s. You'll wish you'd gone bigger, believe me! I sometimes wish I had gone bigger but my husband doesn't like 'big boobs'... It was a compromise. I probably would have gone 400cc if left to me own devices. Lol
