the only thing that isn't perfect about my breast is my nipples, one is still lower than the other, they were pre-op to tho, still not positive I want to get a nipple lift, but it is always an option...…………..

I'm so interested to see your story! I am 41, almost 15 years post surgery, after having 3 surgeries in 3 years between 2001-2004. I have amazing results I never, ever could have expected. My breasts were similar to yours pre-op. I'm a little surprised that your surgeon opted to do incisions on a person your size under the breast, since you don't have much of a natural fold to hide them. I'm also shocked that any surgeon could neglect to mention breast massages, since there are so imperative. I'm glad you're please with the results though! If you're anything like me, you'll opt for further surgery. For the first year or so, I was just so excited to actually have breasts, to actually be able to fill out a bra, that that was all that mattered. But over time, about a year later, I started to think that what I really wanted, was to have breasts that were even and symmetrical when I looked in the mirror. Fixing an assymetry with different size implants doesn't really work. As your pec muscle goes down in swelling after the first year, it will shape more to the implant, and the volume difference in the implant can become quite obvious. My second surgery was done with a different surgeon who replaced a (I believe, it's been a while!) 350cc on the left and a 380cc on the right. My first surgeon placed the implants with half-circle incisions around the bottom half of the nipple, without addressing the assymetry of the nipples. My second surgeon (a miracle worker!) put in 550cc implants re-opening the same scar, and did a nipple lift with a key-hole incision, which is around the nipple, and a short straight line below the nipple. Since scars are usually pink, putting them around the nipple makes them much less noticeable. I ended up having complications of bottoming out on one side, and had a third surgery that included that repair, and replacing my implants with 800cc silicone cohesive gel high profiles. He again used the same incisions so I had no new scars. Now I have breasts that are jaw-dropping. Maybe larger than some may prefer, but the shape and scars and symmetry, compared to what I started with, are almost perfect. I wish you so much luck with your journey! It wouldn't surprise me if you opt for a second surgery at some point, to replace your implants with even sizes, and address the nipple and size assymetry by having the extra breast tissue removed and the nipple raised with a breast and nipple lift. If the scars daunt you, take it from me, 15 years later, at the age of 41 (with better breasts than most 25 year olds!), they truly fade. If you decide it doesn't bother you that much, and you're happy where you are, that's fabulous too, and I'm happy for you! Let me know if you ever want to chat or have questions.

Doctor Robey does amazing work. I had a breast augmentation to correct my asymmetrical breasts. She is professional, knowledgeable and patient to answer all of your questions. I went from 34A/34AA to DD cup (Victoria Secret bras). I would recommend her to anyone. To see pictures of my procedure with doctor Robey visit my Realself page my profile name is smallsimon.

I am completely satisfied with my results. I need to add more photos because they look better than my last uploaded ones. Will try to do that soon. I still have some visible scaring and only sensitivity at times when I lay face down on a very hard surface in my right breast, but Dr. Robey said it could take 2 years for the nerves to completely heal. Dr. Robey said to sleep in a demi bra at night, so I have been doing that, and my 9 month PO appointment went great so my next appointment isn't until next year at this time :)
