44 Yr Old Saggy Girl About to Get Mini-facelift with Fat Injections

WORTH IT$10,000
I'm scheduled for a mini face lift tomorrow, which will hopefully get rid of my saggy neck and jowls. I'm also having fat injections in my nasolabial folds and frown lines. Since I haven't technically had the procedure yet, my review rating will change based on my experience. I wanted to go ahead and add some before pictures now, though.
I'm both excited and nervous. I'm 44 and have never had surgery of any kind (except for a c-section 24 years ago). 44 might be a little young for a face lift (even if it's a mini-lift) but I've already tried ultherapy -- a very painful procedure-- with little results. I've also been wearing artificial face lift bands (basically taping my face up) for more than a year. I have always looked very young for my age (people would mistake me for early 20's until about 3yrs ago), so the sudden change in my face is very disappointing. How I miss getting carded!
I believe this will be a step in the right direction to securing my youth.

Thanks to the lasting effects of the IV sedation and valium, I'm feeling ok so far, although I look like a head trauma victim. Here's the lovely pic. I'll add more progress pictures as the healing process begins.
