Pearl Laser and IPL on my Chest

When I first met with her she had this great personality and engaging, she suggested I get the Pearl Laser done. I agreed. Then I went for my pre-op and I felt this "dis-connection" I struggled with whether I wanted to proceed with the treatment after reading a bad yelp review. On treatment day for the 3rd time she introduced herself as if it was the first time meeting her. Again that was a little ? odd to me. During the procedure she was kind, but what bothered me the most was she was interrupted by an associate who proceeded to tell her she is behind schedule.(I sensed her concern and I lost track of how many passes she did) Once treatment was done she seemed very pre-occupied and sent me off with very few words, no 'check out" at the front desk, and oddly no wipes for the drive home! Omg my face was bleeding and oozing the whole way home and nothing to wipe it with. This is a dramatic procedure and I would have thought she/they would at least call to see how I was doing? Never heard from her/them even to this day. On a brighter note, I sent her a text with a before and after thanking her, again her response was nice but never did she engage to ask how my chest was doing or if I had any questions. I will say her results are amazing but feel like she needs to engage with the client more...Also want to note: when I got to the surgery room, she asked "how much did I pay?" odd in my opinion and once I told her, she wondered if we were going to my chest? My quick response was "well I hope so after what I have paid" she was very kind and agreed. Which by they way, again didn't know anything about the IPL treatment as I didn't have a pre-op regarding this procedure and I just feel like I should have had some kind of an idea on what to expect from it. I had to text her a picture to ask about it as I had no idea it was going to take 2 weeks to see results. I rate a 5 because I am happy with my results and the gal who did my oxygen facial was awesome.
