What happened!!??
Trying to get some information cleared up on my receipts and I don't think am interested in their recovery home so am trying to get onto claudia since Saturday via email and up to now I haven't got a response and when I called vanity office she's busy

Lol girl you're sure right but vanity customer service really sucks big time also another girl said that your love handles and flanks are the same so I decided to google it and when I did it's true there both the same areas so when I asked vanity why they checked it as two areas she said dr Hassan goes higher that's why, what recovery home are you staying at if you don't mind me asking?
Thats crazy im working with Nicole, she speaks English. I dont see why your having issues with someone not speaking english! crazy. Claudia will be the busiest out of everyone, i heard she is the head cordinator. So try asking for someone who has more time with you.
The the love handles are two areas becuse you have two sides. Everything counts as two because you have to switch sides on the table. Tehy do one side then the other.
I was thinking about getting a hotel room for 5 nights. Only if my friend come with me. If she doesn't idk which one. Haven't done any research on any.
Not sure my coordinator name but she told me 4500 for the procedure and 6000 for "everything". Procedure,garment,recovery house, 2 massages a day, 2 meals a day. What do u think????
They told me recovery house includes breakfast only I think it's too expensive there's a recovery home it's $1000 for 5 nights includes all supplies and three meals am thinking about going there if you want her information let me know and I'll give you it

What happened? Everyone is complaining about them
For me their customer service sucks big time and seeing that am from the Caribbean I try to communicate via email but that don't work as planned so I have to call and that's very costly for me and I can't speak Spanish and like some of their staff can't speak English properly so when I can it's like time is taken up by repeating myself for them to understand
