I've been wanting to get rid of this bad decision...

WORTH IT$1,200
I've been wanting to get rid of this bad decision for a little over 20 years now. I finally decided to get on it and purchased a package of four treatments from Revital-AZ in Carefree. The staff there was wonderful, and they were very professional. The tattoo is in a very sensitive area and the procedure was extremely painful. (Even with the lidocaine cream and the cooling spray) The doctor and the assistant very patient with me and gave me some breathing time in between passes. So far I have had one of the four recommended treatments. I am pretty impressed with the results being that I've only had one treatment. I am anxious for my next treatment in a month to see what that is able to accomplish. I will take some ibuprofen before I go next and see if that helps with the pain.

Thanks for joining us to share your journey -- I hope you find lots of support here. What is the cooling spray that you mention?

Pico treatment #2

The staff at Revital-AZ has been amazing! They really go above and beyond to try to minimize the discomfort and keep you as comfortable as possible. I had a really hard go on my first visit. I was in so much pain that the table was soaked with sweat when I stood up. Today was a little easier. The doc gave me a 800mg ibuprofen and a shot of tramadol. They also did the lidocaine cream prior to treatment and used an amino plex spray during to try to sooth the area. I know it all sounds like a lot but the tattoo is in a very sensitive area. Trust me when I say I have a high tolerance for pain. I have been through a home birth and I'd almost rather do that again then another pico treatment without all the comfort measures.
The first treatment was started at a level 4 and ended up being completed at a 6. :(
This time the entire treatment was done at 3.5. I am feeling it now but the aftermath is much easier than the treatment itself. We shall see how this heals up but it's looking really good! :)

Delete tattoo removal does numbing shots and you won't feel anything!

Do they charge extra for the shots? I had requested them this last visit but he wanted to try other methods first. It still hurt like a @&$$. I am happy with my results and this office so far but the pain is crazy. It's worse than the original tattoo.

Treatment #3

I am not quite 24 hours out from treatment number three. We tried lidocaine injections this time and it hurt just as bad. I have had a laser hair treatment done, Scalerotherapy (shots and laser) and one session of Q switch. Picosure, by far and away is the most painful thing that I've ever undergone! Even with the lidocaine (shots and cream) I was sweating from pain. I am however very pleased with the results. Dr. Billiak and Rosie have been amazing and I would highly recommend them. I don't think that we are going to quite make it disappear within the four sessions that I paid for but we'll see how this looks in a week or two.
