I am in the process of post-lipo treatments including lymphatic drainage massage, ultrasound therapy and carboxytherapy. Each session is $75 for all treatments over 50 minutes. I’d never heard of carboxytherapy until I started the post-lipo treatments. The Colombian staff at the doctor’s office convinced me it is extremely helpful in speeding up healing and minimizing fibrosis, which I had after my first lipo. All I can say is OUCH. 4 pinpricks into each area being treated. That isn’t bad, but the carbon dioxide going in is painful They told me it would sting or burn for a few seconds, but I will say it was almost unbearable and hurts and burns when the CO2 is in. It is too early for me to see results, but all I can think about is the pain when I am doing it. I have two more sessions and the lymphatic massage feels good but I dread the Carboxytherapy.

how are you doing? is it worth it yet?
I am going through the carboxy treatment right now plus massages and I agree the pain is almost unbearable. The patient next to me was crying the other day and I thought wow I must be able to handle pain until I started getting the carboxy shots! I cried today. So painful..please tell me it’s worth it???
How were the results? I am doing the same thing now, drainage massages after lipo and had my first carboxytherapy and I cried as well. Is it worth it? And how many do you have to do?
I did 6 and I recovered ok but not sure it was worth it. It was sooo painful.
Hello :) I am at my 4th session of carboxytherapie, yes the pain is almost unbearable but I'd do anything to get read of the fibrosis. How did yours turned out ? Did it smoothed out ? Please say yes :D haha jk, looking for thinnest opinions ;)

I had ten sessions of carboxy, and I can tell you for real that the burning and stinging sensation subsides from the third session onwards. That's because the fat starts dissolving and circulation improves.
That is good to know. I am about to start the process.
