A Doctor Who Takes Pride In His Skill and Helping You Feel Your Best
WORTH IT
After visiting numerous surgeons (and I mean NUMEROUS!) for previous revision surgeries in my left breast for capsular contracture that left me deformed, extremely firm and in pain, I ultimately decided to choose Dr. Iteld for several reasons. 1) Dr Iteld was extremely professional yet personable. He spent time thoroughly explaining potential surgical plans and was very realistic and honest about possible outcomes. 2) His staff was extremely professional and welcoming. Caryle (his patient coordinator) was very kind and informative as to next steps should I decide to proceed.
When I ultimately chose to undergo the surgery with Dr. Iteld I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with a rather large packet of information provided to me. It was extremely detailed on how to prep for the surgery including what to stay away from and WHY (blood clotting, interactions with anesthesia). No doctor I had previously been under the care of has ever been as thorough. It put me at ease as it was a testament to how meticulously he approaches his skill. I am now two days post surgery, and am in very little pain (and I might add, Dr Iteld does not prescribe any opiods, which is a plus - and quite frankly you don't anything but a good dose of Tylenol). I continue to follow my post-op instructions to a T (another must for the best outcome) and am looking forward to the final results after healing. So to sum it up, Dr Iteld and staff are professional, caring, informative, honest and have the patient's best interest in mind when developing your personal surgical plan. I would recommend Dr. Iteld without hesitation.

I wish you well as you continue with your recovery and I look forward to hearing and possibly seeing your final results—please add before and after photos if you're comfortable sharing some. Good luck!
