I've been meaning to post a 3 month update but with it being the holidays I got a little distracted. I am now 15 weeks post op and couldn't be happier! The girls are just getting better and better with time.

Hi ladies, I am 3 weeks post op and doing a little better every day. I have more range of motion but I now have unbelievable hypersensitivity of my breasts and nips! It's driving me crazy, the softest touch hurts! Has anyone else had that? When does it oh away? The girls have started settling nicely, righty more so than lefty. Lefty is still a bit higher and tight and the scar is more sensitive and raised than righty. I sure hope they even out! I guess I should just be patient. I'm still not sleeping too well because I can't sleep on my side yet, way to sore and the hypersensitivity does not let up... Ever! Hope you all recovering well!

Hi! I was wondering since you are a bikini competitor, how the implants might affect training? Also, getting the implant under the muscle, is that more beneficial? I'm very new at this, and I am not training to compete. But still training as hard as I can, and huge fan of body building! Thank you for any advice! :)

Hi Animemom, thank you for reading my review. A lot of girls who lift have their boobies done. Unfortunately the lower our body fat percentage and the more lean muscle we have the less boobies :(. Under the muscle is better for ladies with lover body fat and less breast tissue as the muscle covers the implant making it less visible and more natural looking. The implants should nor affect training at all, as long as you give it enough time to heal before you start training again post op. My PS is very particular about this and insists I wait 12 weeks before I do any direct pec stimulation. I'm allowed to start cardio at 4 weeks, light legs and abs at 6 weeks, arms at 8 and back to normal traing at 12. I have textured round implants, it has the lowest rate of capsular contracture, smooth implants might Have less downtime. My coach has under the muscle silicone rounds and she just won a national title in physique division and going to Olympia in a few weeks. I'd be happy to keep you updated as I get back into training :)

Hi ladies, I haven't written anything since 3 days post as not much changed until now. I still have some pain but it's manageable now without meds and the boobies are super sensitive. I had a follow up with my PS today and he assured me all is well and progressing nicely, he did tell me to stop using my arms so much, I've been overdoing it a bit and my righty has a lot of swelling and soreness. With textures implants one needs to be a little patient. All the horrible tape is off, thank goodness! And only micropore on the incisions now. The girls have changed a Lott in the last 2 days! I'm loving them!
