Infini hyperpigmentation
So the 3 pics are b4 infini and the other 3 are after 1 treatment which has given me quite bad hyperpigmentarion ! So now need to go son for treatment for that !

did you have some depressed regions? I want to do this but am wondering if it helps with depressed scars and not just texture

Yes I've got depressed areas so they do say it helps but ultimately filler is best I hear for depressed areas

I couldn't even tell you had depressed skin, it looks like they must be shallow. I pray this works for you so no other treatments are needed! Besides the point you are very aesthetic and a good attribute in itself that factors out any scarring, I'm sure things will only get better for you:)

hi guys. you may want to consider subcision with filler, if your scars are tethered down. painful process with quite a bit of downtime, I did the subcision without filler for my rolling scars, and did see a small improvement. Research it....
if micro needling doesn't go my way, then I'm considering filler too.

where did you do your subcision amanda? they always say its best do fill that area where the tethered down area has been released soon or directly after it helps from it depressing again

Well 'I am either getting tca cross or a series of tca Jessners peels starting next winter.. it's very difficult to find a doctor who specializes in acne scarring in my area because i live in the rural states and not the metropolitan areas

I live up by in washington though there are some surgeons here It seems there are more with better expertise in California

I would go search high and low to find the best surgeon in the state but frankly there aren't any here with regard to one who has a lot of bad reviews and one good one.. the thing is I don't want to take a risk on my face without weighing out the options and being able to choose between many doctors who have performed successfully filler and subs ion vs chooses between only a few who do it here. alas maybe i will take the plunge for fillers too but in the future after my winter procedures. it's just really time consuming.

I am currently on accutane until october or november so I will have to wait till one year minimum as this is my second course and I have been on a high dose.

I too would like an update with pictures. I've had my 3 dermapen and the only thing I notice is a brighter skin; which is good but for $300. a whack? It is not worth that for me. Maybe it takes a little more time than I'm giving it for....oh, this is silly of me not to look at the date yours was done..

Microneedling (Dermapen) with PRP
well this is my second treatment and I had the dermapen , more agressive this time with PRP, it was my first time doing this procedure as my first treatment i had dermapen with tca 30% peel. My blood was drawn and spun and the plasma was brushed on my skin b4 and after needling each section. U can see by my pics that the therapist went alot more agressive. My face was very red and I had a down
