Lipo to Coolsculpting - Cape Girardeau, MO

some days I look like a have results, some days I just look fatter. Today is that day of looking fatter. Been eating right and excising, running, weight, sit ups... at least 3 to 4 days a week. I have my Jamaica trip coming up in 4 weeks, I really am nervous about not seeing any change. I know I have to be patient but ugh.....

4 days after 2nd treatment to upper adominal 9 days after one treatment to lower. Still swollen in upper region, the lower area is def. tighter and getting harder to pinch that fat. i cant pinch it standing up but I can if i bend over. the upper area is still very sore and stingy sensations come and go. i really swell the most after working out and in the latter part of the day. in the mornings i get excited bc i look at myself and see already a change. i just wish the swelling would subside so i can see if this was all worth it. I will update in a few days...

So this is day 3, up until today no pain just a little soreness and no visible bruising. This morning I starting have some stinging pain nothing unbearable but it was there about a 2 or 3 on pain scale. I'm not sure why it starts on day 3 but I have read a lot of reviews about day three. Some swelling today but not to dramatic. Stay tuned for more updates.
