I am a 37 year old mother of four. I have always had large breast regardless of my weight. After my first child I was 99lbs wearing a 34C. Now after having my fourth in 2010 I wear a 38dd. I know my band size is a 34, but I choose to wear the dd, not really wanting to know if I would be a 34e or something like that. After having my fourth child in 2010 I weighed 134lbs. I underwent a tummy tuck in June 2011 with muscle repair and lipo. In January of 2012 instead of getting a breast reduction (because I was afraid) I got a lift with implants for upper pole fullness. I continue to wear the exact same bra size but my breast don't sag. I now weigh 124 lbs, and my breast look way to big. My plastic surgeon says that he can do an aggressive reduction, and then I can come back in 6 months for small implants so that my breast are more proportionate to my body type. I am excited and nervous at the same time, as this will be the first time I have ever had small boobs. I will add photos when it is closer to my date.

My bra size didnt change with implants. They were used to lift since I was scared to get a reduction. I don't have any neck, nerve, or back pain. I just want to look normal for once. Lol!

i have to say what your surgeon is proposing is very odd and i would suggest you get a second opinion. also get properly measured, you are wearing completely the wronf size. you are probably a 34 F or G

If you look at my initial post I said I know im not wearing my correct size. My plastic surgeon isn't requesting anything. I showed him a picture of what I wanted to look like, and he stated it could only be done in a two step process, which he has done before and the women's results are great. After a breast reduction your upper pole looks full. After gravity takes hold you look full only with a push up bra. I'll post a wish pic of what I asked for. I have plenty of trust in my plastic surgeon plus he is the best in my area and there are many women walking around with his work. Thanks for your post though.
