This is how I look so far.

This is how I look while trying to make better choices of what i eat. And a bit of workout. I'M almost coming around to round 2, just because I feel I have loose skin. This time I'm considering laser lipo with a phenomenal surgion in DR I've been reviewing for about 5 months. Still searching though ????????.

I had surgery a year ago at Coral Gables Cosmetic center with Dr Mel. Ortega. At the time I was 22 years, 5'4 and weighed about 190. I have a 6 year old son. I had liposuction upper, lower abs, back, sides & breast augmentation from an A to C cup saline 380cc. I believe my procedure was definitely worth it given the fact I had a low hemoglobin level. I believe Dr. Mel Ortega treated me more as his patient and need to keep me safe rather than giving me what I asked without caring about the health and recovery portion. I think there are some areas in my body I 'd like to re-touch. I have to admit I did not take care of myself as as I should of. But overall great experience I would definitely do it again but this time with a different mentality and consistency with drive to good results.
I currently weight 150. I lost a bit of waistline definition. I have a bit of skin hanging (not even close to an inch) My breast look completely natural, I want to go a little fuller. But I still LOVE them! I want lipocution upper, lower abs, back and sides. *Thinking about fuller butt too but not even 30%, I lost my hips in the last 3 months since I lost weight and squats are not helping.*

Thank you! I love love love me some Dr. Ortega. I personally haven't set my mind up 100% on going under the knife again. I feel like because of my unhealthy life style, my end results are not what I expected. I take blame 110%. Right now I'm working towards making the right choices and eating healthy and exercising as part of everyday and then I can consider round 2. Right now I just trying to lose weight and tone. Than in a year sculp my waist. And it may be with Mel.

I also went to cg. There really great there an he's very talented. I agree with u on that lipo wont last if u don't continue to work out an maintain a healthy lifestyle. But u look amazing girl :)

You look Great, this Dr. Did all that for that price ? Really? I'm getting smart lipo on the 22nd in NC , upper and lower abs and it cost $5000 for just that. I was quoted $5500, for a BA. I really need to come to FL and see what your DR. Is talking about!!! I'm 5'3" 175lb shape about the same as your before. I CANT Wait to look like you!! Lol.. Anyway keep up the good work you really look nice and classy

Thank you. Yes I live in Boston I went to see a doctor here and I was quoted $7800 for smart lipoabdomen & back. And definitely check Dr. Mel Ortega. It's a clinic with more than one doctor. This is the link to his website.

Thank you. But yeah I was eating the same way after I got back. And then that's when i understood what they meant, they say it's not a weight loss procedure, is just to mold you in places quicker and even proportioned in a way that you can't accomplish working out.
