Happy with the results - my eyes look younger and well rested

I had the "almond eye" surgery it's dr taban. I had orbital decompression, lower lid retraction/canthoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, and ptosis surgery. I’m rly happy with the results. it’s still swollen and one eye is bigger than the other. but dr taban said this is due to swelling and should even out within 3 months. it was a rly hard surgery and very painful, but i had 5 procedures done all at once. i couldn’t open my eyes for 3 days, and my vision was very bad for about 2 weeks. then it was a little blurry. after a month my vision returned to normal. one of my eyes was half the size of the other for a month so i wore sunglasses any time i left the house. the pain could be unbearable at times but i’m glad i did it. i think my eyes look a lot younger and well rested.
bed side manner could be better and as far as getting any info or help while recovering youre basically on your own, as it's hard to reach the staff even if it's an emergency! I'm very lucky i didn't have any complications. but surgery on your eyes can make you very anxious especially when you can't see, so being able to contact someone when an issue arrived would have been nice. my but my results are great and that what matters to me.
