Left Revision Canthoplasty Has Me Stressed, Please Help.

So I recently had an operation on lateral Canthoplasty, however in my first operation my left eye I believe the stitches had opened up a day or 2 after my Canthoplasty. However I was unaware of this due to the amount of blood pouring, about 2 weeks after I noticed my left eye wasn’t right. I then found out I had an infection on my left eye, so I had to remove the stitches then reapply them as I was on antibiotics.

However this didn’t fulfill the result I wanted, this is because I noticed an uneven slice/ gap im between my left eye. My doctor told me to leave this as it would probably start to fill in. 2 months later, the gap hasn’t filled in and there is webbed skin over the wound.

I recently had another operation on my left eye with another doctor about a month ago, the doctor removed the webbed skin and managed to close the gap significantly bringing the lower and upper lid together. However there still maintains this small tiny gap which is really bothering me as the upper and lower lid doesn’t seem to completely be closed. I spoke to my doctor about this and he said that the gap on my left eye will start to fill in from the inside, he mentioned something almost like it scarring in order to close that gap. This would then apparently make it appear that the lower and upper lid is fully connected (like my right eye) and the gap will fill in , he did mention it’s time consuming and it would take a few months till it fully closes up. I will display pictures of my left eye before the operation and that after, I will also display my right eye to show what I mean in how I want it to fill in and how I want it to ideally look. (Also I’m lifting my eyelashes above because my lashes cover it).

My question is will this start to fill in and close up like demonstrated on my right eye or not, is my doctor right about his theory?

In addition I noticed a few pictures on my camera on my right eye a few weeks after my first surgery and I noticed that there may be a small tiny gap there, im not sure if this is me over reacting or if the gap are on it’s early stages of closing in at that time. If that’s the case then why hasn’t my left eye hit that stage just yet?

Sorry for the rant but just wanted to give a detailed summary of this whole thing I’ve had on my mind, any doctors with awnsers towards this please do let me know.
