My eyes look smaller than before - not happy with the results

Hello, does massaging after a canthoplasty interfere with its results? I needed to do it to flatten out my scar and make it fade in color. If anyone can offer me some advice that would be great. My doctor told me not to massage it, but another doc told me to massage it, I'm confused. It's been 2 months since my surgery.

Hi. Sorry to hear you're unhappy with your results but to me your eye shape looks beautiful! Those are both your after photos correct? Do you have any before photos? I am considering canthoplasty to help with eye rounding and drooping from a previous lower blepharoplasty. I want it so bad but I'm also scared. Do you have any before photos? Thanks!

I've had a canthoplasty 40 days ago, I don't know if this is the final result or not, my eyes look smaller than before, not happy with the results. I've had it done by an occuloplastic surgeon, does canthoplasty make the eye smaller horizontally or just vertically??

if you had small eyes to begin with, it will only make them smaller.
