Such a horrible experience and I would be...
My experience was very bad. I was bombarded by 6 people in a private waiting room including someone with crying baby where they chose to discuss the FUE procedure even though I was told I would meet just with the doctor first. I became very overwhelmed to discuss the procedure with so many people staring at me and a random lady with baby right in front of me. Very unprofessional. I then asked to speak in a room without everyone staring at me to discuss the procedure with just the doctor. Still, the doctor barely explained anything and the a female nurse did the talking. When one the female nurses was drawing the hairline, not the doctor which was even more upsetting especially because I told her repeatedly I did not want a completely straight hairline and to add a bit more in the middle of the forehead the nurse kept disagreeing with what I wanted until I told her I don't care what a typical women's forehead looks like, its what I had before and it what I want. So, she places an extra dot in front of the dotted line. The dot must have rubbed off as the used a lipstick to place the dots. At one point, the male nurse didn't even know where to place the hair at one point because of this and the female nurse had to tell him there was dots on the side. Very sloppy and forgetful not to double check. When the procedure was finished and I looked at the hairline I said there is hair missing and the nurse said "well its finished now". Unbelievable. What is even more unbelievable was today (2 days after) when I was supposed to have a checkup. I was so dizzy and nauseous I could barely walk and being in Mexico I couldn't just call a taxi as I don't speak Spanish and in my physical states I couldn't imagine fetching a taxi on the street. So, I asked the clinic to call a taxi for me and they pretty much said no with the reply "I don't know any taxi numbers". Once again very lazy and unprofessional. I think this clinic doesn't know a lot of things. The process was very messy and not well planned. The doctor had little involvement and seemingly did not train her staff properly. There was also huge disconnect from info provided to payment which the lady who processed the payment didn't even know how much to charge me, I had to tell her. Lastly, I feel cheated because originally I was supposed to have an FUE not FUT but I went with the FUT which by the way from my research should have been cheaper. Such a horrible experience and I would be terrified to have any other procedures done by Dra. Martha Patricia Panama especially because they gave me know written aftercare instructions and barely told me what to expect.

Such a horrible experience and I would be terrified to have any other procedures done by Dra. Martha Patricia Panama Would not return, overall bad experience from dealing with the receptionist to nurses and Dr Panama. In fact, I would not return and will never have any surgeries done in Mexico again.
