Facial Artistry Manuka ACT Australia

I have had a very disappointing experience with Dr Bernard Leung of Facial Artistry, Murray Crescent, Manuka, ACT, Australia. In August 2016 he performed a chin liposuction on me. I was left with scarring from too much fat being removed (his staff told me this). The area is still covered in dimpling, puckering and it looks terrible. At a follow-up appointment, he said he would inject me with something to promote collagen production. Instead, I have been left with large white scars at every injection point, of which there are at least ten. He offered pelleve treatments to try to resolve the scarring. Despite the treatment, the scarring is still there. I have now written to him, asking for my money back but I have had no response. I paid a lot of money to him - $14,000AUD.
