Update! Cover up on a cover completed

Hi guys it's now almost the end of 2018, I finally got my coverup done and am pretty happy about it over all, amazing detail and I love my tattoo artist's work!
There was only 1 thing I'm not that happy about with my cover up because it wasn't apart of the original design. She added outside shading to cover a part of the old tattoo and added more to everywhere else to make it even, it was a long 5 hour process so at the end when she did the uwanted extra shading I wasn't quick enough to tell her not to do that….
Depending how it heals I'm wanting to lazer off the outside shadowing, I know since its waterdown black ink it lazers pretty well off BUT my main concern is jeopardising the details near the background shading. :( It's such detailed fine line work and since it is a cover up I will be needing to see my tattoo artist in the future to get it touched up.?I don't want to upset my tattoo artist, if it gets wrecked from lazer.
I'm also still getting use to having such a large dark piece on my arm. It was only tattooed 2 days ago so still fresh. It looks like I'm starting a sleeve but honestly don't plan to. It sometimes looks not as balanced on my body compared to my other tattoos. Will see how I feel about it in a month or so.

Brief Update

Hello guys,
It's been about 3 months since my last lazer removal. Honestly I can't see any significant change in fading. Healing was very quick and easy. Probably won't be going back to the cheaper place. I might go back to my initial lazer tattoo removal instead but not sure when... Probably will only get 2 more treatments before I get my cover up done. Already have my cover up designed by the amazing tattooist Katlin Greenwood. Feel free to check her instagram. The commisson art/ cover up design she did for me is the snake wrapped around a 'Nostalgia' bottle.
