I had augmentation done 3 weeks ago. I had cohesive gel under the muscle. 350 on the right side and 375 on the left as my left breast was slightly smaller. I am looking forward to my new shape but it definitely comes with patients and I don't always have that. I am finding my right breast is shaping nicely faster than my left one, but I am left handed so it is possible that my stronger muscle is putting up more of a fight at the moment to allow my implant to relax into place. I had a breast augmentation 6 weeks ago with mentor silicone cohesive gels that were placed under the muscles. It was painful but mostly because of the swelling and the pressure from the swelling. But after the first week it gets better. Updated on July 30, 2009 I am 6 weeks post-op (cohesive gel under the muscle, I am 120lbs)and have found a small lump on my lower right side of my right breast. It feels very soft like tissue/or what a swollen vein would feel like. I had some issues with pulling the side of my breast muscle by lifting some laundry which I thought was light and it burned and was tender for a couple days (which was 2 weeks ago) Anyway's I was moving it slightly with my fingers and since then it has been aching periodically and causing some discomfort. Can someone please let me know what this may be? Updated on Jul 30, 2009
my left breast is slightly smaller than the right so I decided to go with a 25 cc larger silicone implant. Now I'm not so sure I should have done it.I was massaging my left breast and I pushed downwards from the top of my breast and felt a "popping" feeling under the crease area. Then I proceeded to push on the outside of the same breast inward and it did the same thing again only this time it gave me a little shock feeling. I have no pain from it but I would like to know what this was?
