Yay! Back to the gym today just a light 30 minutes of 20 min elliptical/10 min hill walking on treadmill. Tried to run but my butt is still very sore from fat injection. An hour later felt tired like I needed a nap. Now I'm in the waiting room for my seroma drainage. Last appt only 25cc. Almost done with it! Will post new photos soon :-)
