So glad I had this procedure done. The immediate relief of back, shoulder and neck pain made it worthwhile. Plus clothes fit so much better.
Just have to work on my other parts. Belly still protrudes. Get the occasional “are you pregnant?” question from people. Which is annoying.

Last follow up appointment done!
Had my follow up appointment with the plastic surgeon on December 18th. She said everything is healing well. The red scars will fade to white and that I wouldn't need to see her again unless something else came up. From beginning (date I first saw the plastic surgeon) to the final appointment was 6 months. So glad I went ahead with this process.

I think everything is healing well. Right breast still a bit boxy and have a hard/fibrous lump around the nipple.
