265cc sizers

It looks so freaking tiny to me. Why would I spent thousands of dollars for that? It only looks big from one angle and it looks so tiny on the side.

Hi you i know the struggle with trying to find a perfect size and all that stuff i literally obsessed and looked at every person with every size i wanted possible haha. I finally settled at a 275 and could not be happier, they are actually bigger than i thought. I am also 5,4 and 110 and i was worried about not being proportional and all that. I learned this whole implant thing that you will never truly know what your going to get until after and you see them on you. I see some girls with 300cc implants and I am like holy [RS bleep] those are huge. Good luck and im super excited for you!
Thank you Keli!
Hi I'm 4'9 very petitt and 103 pounds , I have a revision 2 weeks ago I had 300,s during 9 years and during that period I had 2 kids now I get 450 and is not to big I can go larger if I want I had moderate plus profile and looks very natural.
I think it is tough to judge. Maybe talk to a friend for another opinion.
do you know what your BWD is? the surgeons might be concerned with the possibility of thinning skin or rippling as well. make sure you ask them what their reasons are for not wanting to go larger. if multiple Ps are telling you similar sizes there is probably a reason but they do make high and ultra high profile implants for smaller BWD so maybe you could get the most volume going that route. if you like moderate to mod plus profile it may not give as much projection if it maxed out the diameter. I’m not sure if you still check this page out but I recently had overs done larger than my BWD and I’m almost three weeks post op and already have visible ripples on the sides. I hope it goes away over time but if it doesn’t I’m going to have to make some choices :( best to be safe and avoid complications if possible. good luck!
They did mention my BWD as a deciding factor, unfortunately... At this point Id willing to get whatever size I can, it would be bigger than what Ive got now. But now Im afraid of the failure rate, which is upwards of 20% device failure within the first three years, according to followup studies by Mentor and Allergan. If it was a near-zero complication rate, I would just go for it, but the idea of having a 20% risk of failure in just the first few years is too scary.
If I were you I would look up the sizing charts and compare the projection of the implant they recommend for you with other profiles so you might get an idea of at least how far they will project. I know it’s important to get the diameter and profile right for your anatomy so I bet you would really get a beautiful result either way by following the recommendations of those PS. but you could go for some other consults as well just to see if they have other ideas. as for failure rates I think it just depends if you would rather go for it and take a risk or not do it and wonder if it could have been lovely. it is a risk. just depends if it’s worth it. I didn’t hate my pre op breasts but I always wanted them bigger and told myself someday I would get a BA so when I had the opportunity I just had to go for it. no regrets so far even though my results are not perfect. I have some issues but they take time to settle and heal. it’s a journey. nothing is perfect. having realistic expectations is very helpful in how you feel about the results. no harm in waiting until you feel confident in what you’re getting and who is doing the procedure. no need to rush. you’re doing the right thing taking time to research fully!
