I had a lot of reservations, first about spending 10k plus on something, second would I get results, third that I wouldn't have regrets, along with many other. I am 4 days post opp, so far, I'm absolutely ecstatic that I took this leap. I'm relatively small, 125 lbs going into surgery with areas treated with smart lipo being inner outer thighs and knees and thermi-tight also on knee area. My inner thighs have a gap! My outer thighs do not look like sausages squeezing into pants. I did not "lose" weight per se, but I lost fat and I look trim and it's only been 4 days. I did not expect to see results for at least a month. I do not know how smart lipo works on larger fat pockets, but I am very happy I went through with this. So far so good, will give a one month post opp update too. Recovery has been really easy. I'd say the only difficult parts are this darned compression garment, but if that's the worst part, so be it. Still a bit of drainage happening in one spot. I'd say take off a full 4 days, just so the drainage can pass. The soreness is just as if you ran stairs for an hour somewhere, it's totally livable.

You will love your results and it getsevdn better in The upcoming months . I hated the compression garments too but if you want great results you need to wear it. I am so happy I did it.

Just added a before/after photo...I'm just over a month post opp. All of the incision spots are so subtle and though they are still noticeable, they are fading so fast and I'm guessing in a few months I won't even see them. I have not had any issues with lumpiness. I'm trying to maintain some kind of work out regime, which is something I did very little of before this surgery. Want to maintain and start toning. I'm really happy, I do not have one single regret and am happy with the doctor I chose and the results. The thermi-tight I don't notice quite yet, but I believe I'm going to need to wait a month or so to start evaluating that process.

OMG... only 2.5 weeks??? Looks amazing!!! I had same areas you had done just 2 days ago, but I'm much bigger. So far, I have not even looked in the mirror, although I can already tell the difference on the knees despite the excessive swelling. Are you swollen at all?
November 16, 2015
I was very swollen the first week, but I drank more water that week than I have in maybe 4 months. Really took the hydrating thing to the extreme. I believe all the swelling has subsided at this point. I bought a plug in massager and started using that at about a week and a half and also walked as much as possible starting day 5. I'd try to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Keep me posted will you?
