Well, it's been a year since I've had my breast augmentation and I'm still very happy. Scar has healed well and I don't hate trying new bras and swimsuits on now. They still feel a bit large on my frame, but once I have clothes on they definitely don't look too big. Nobody would ever guess I've had implants put in! I'm a 32B according to Victoria's Secret :) They are not as soft as I thought they would become, but with so little breast tissue to begin with, I'm not really surprised.

I think you made an excellent choice not going too big to match your body frame. You look wonderful. I will be doing a review soon on myself as I went from too-big implants to much smaller implants and am so much more comfortable now (I also have a small frame).
Thanks!
They really fit your frame, I'm 3 weeks out and am debating between 175 and 200, and although people keep saying there isn't a big difference between, I'm afraid of looking too big. I'd love to have a similar outcome to yours. Can I ask what profile you ended up with? Moderate or higher ?
Hi - I'm so sorry, just noticed your question just now. How did your surgery go?!
I am so happy I stumbled upon your photos. You look simply amazing! I am scheduled for surgery April 5th and I can NOT wait! I used to be a small C cup and after breast feeding 3 children I am completely 100% flat. Like a teenage boy. I have decided on 275cc moderate silicone implants. Everyone keeps telling me to go a bit bigger but I think these are going to be plenty big. I am definitely not going any bigger after looking at your photos :)
Thanks! How did the surgery go?
Your results look amazing!!! Thank you for posting! My surgery is coming up on May 25 and your decision to stick with smaller implants is so encouraging for me. You've got my wish boobs!!
Thanks! And good luck with your surgery!

3&1/2 months post-op - 32B!

It's been over 3 months since my surgery and I finally went in to Victoria's Secret to find out what my new bra size is... a 32B! Yay! I've never been able to fit into any of the bras at VS.
My boobs still feel a bit firm (though, I don't really know how natural boobs this size should feel like), but overall, I'm very happy. The scar seems to be healing nicely.

One month post-op

Starting to really love my new boobs! Went out to buy a sports bra and bikini and SO happy! I didn't need any padding and I fill the cups. Yippee!
Healing has been good- I was pretty much back to my normal activity after 3 weeks and I just have a little soreness and sensitivity. Just posting some updated pics with tank top, new sports bra and Au naturel. Have started silicone strips on the scars.

You look great. Just the right size -- not too big, not too small. Nobody will ever know you had surgery. Excellent job.
You look great!!! Those are the perfect size for your frame.
Thanks!
Hi, I will have my surgery in two weeks and I have the same situation( with very little breast tissue to start with), I am still struggling with getting smooth round or texture shaped implant. I do like the shaped implant which provides more natural look but I am concerned that the texture implant is firmer and I can easily feel the edge. what about yours?
Hi there! I'm only about 2 months post-op, so my boobs are still kinda firm. So it's hard to say for sure whether I can feel the edge of my textured implants. Some parts have softened though, and I can't really feel an "edge" per se, but I can definitely tell they are round and not shaped like natural boobs. I don't really mind though - I really like how they look in clothes and bras. Hoping they will relax a bit more over the next few months. Best of luck!
