Getting ready in Feb 2014 for my implants....
$11,000
Getting ready in Feb 2014 for my implants. Frustrated with wearing bras with a lot of padding and lift. Had the breast lift done 5 years ago and needed implants then but was already getting a full tummy tuck done at the same time as the breast lift and just couldn't afford another $6k for the implants at that time so I am doing it now. This is a 45 birthday gift to myself. I am no stranger to surgeries, having the tummy tuck, the breast lift, brain tumor removal, and vagino plasty as well. I am also having medial thigh lift done at the same time as my breast implants. I weighed 230 pounds at my worst, and I am down to 145 respectively. I dont want too large of breasts at full size "C" is what I am aiming for.

Great job on your weight loss!!! We have very similar stories,I am 48, I was an all time high weight of 230 lbs and lost around 100lbs through diet and exercise. In Dec 2012 I had a LBL with the additional vertical incision ( I was 136 lbs on surgery day), they were able to remove 6 lbs of skin!!!! 3 months later I had a breast lift with implants and an arm lift. I was a deflated A cup, and had 375 CC implants, that brought me up to a full C cup. I am very excited for you and your upcoming surgery,,,I hope you LOVE your results! Best of luck !

Thank you for commenting, it almost sounds like our stories are identical. I am actually weighing in at 139 as of this morning and I have another two weeks to go till the big day, I hope I weigh even less by the time surgery gets here. I decided to do the lower body lift on the back side of me as well as the breast implants and lipo on my arm flab too. If the lipo does not work or give me the results I am looking for then the arm flab's will go bye bye with the next procedure I plan to do when I do my inner thighs lift. But that's about a year away. Thanks for your best wishes I appreciate it!

You still have a LOT of tissue so be prepared for those to be enormous on top of what you have naturally-:-)

omg do you really think so?? I am gonna start to have 2nd thoughts now...:(

Take what cup size you are now... And add a cup for every 200cc you get. I got 600cc UHP and I don't think I'm huge at all. My profile pic is in the standard sports bra they give out with no padding. You'll feel huge at first but after the first month and all the swelling goes down, you'll be asking yourself "where did they go!" At least I was but I'm happy!

That is an awesome but of advice to figure it out mathematically!! Thanks !!

Ok thanks... I am barely a "B" in a padded underwire VS bra. So if I go up to barely a "D" that will be ok with me. Thank you for your comment it helped calm me down. :)

You look like you just have a loss of fullness like I did. Congratulations on the weight loss. I'm excited to see the after pics. If you end up with more than a c you'll still look great! The implant projection also depends on the width. I did 375cc HP and I have a 28 inch rib cage.

Hmmm I measured mine and I am a 32. My cleavage spacing is similar to yours. Which is what I was gauging my result off of. It's hard to find someone with simarities and yours was the closest so far. Thank you for looking!!

I wonder if a 375 will give you what you want? You do look like you definitely already have some breast to start with though.

I do have some breast... when he did the "lift" back 5 yrs ago.. he basically created an envelope to be filled for later when I was ready. He originally recommended 300 to 325cc but I tried on larger rice sizers and I liked the look and feel of the larger size so I asked if 375 would be ok and he said sure. I want fullness and larger size but not too much large... I dont mind the round shape, in fact its what I like when I look at photos. I dont really want the droop or hang down look bc I mean lets face it gravity will take ahold at some point again. He did put my areola's up higher than I would have liked when he did my "lift" but I have gotten used to it and dont mind it anymore.

I actually would rather have the nipples high than low. You'll look awesome!

Money Paid and implants ordered!
I'm excited now! I'm going with naturelle round smooth high profile size 375cc! And I changed my mind I will get thigh lift done at another time. Instead I'm having a back side lower hip/butt lift done. Then I'm having the double chin removed with lipo four days after surgery! I'm not looking forward to the pain but it's definately time for a change after almost 100 pounds of weight loss with out bariatric surgery. This has been a tough decision bc so many people look down on us when we aren't happy with ourselves and want to change our bodies. But it's my body! I will post my back side butt area for before pictures later.

Wow! I admire you for undertaking all those surgeries over the years. I had a breast lift in 1999. The dr left pretty bad scars and I finally decided to revise my scars and get a breast aug. I had my surgery Jan 14, 2015. Dr said I didn't need a lift bc of the position of my ariolas and nipples. However I feel like the scar revisions and augmentation have lifted everything beautifully so far. I am only 3 weeks post op so hard to judge final result. I got 400cc Mentor Silicone Moderate Plus Profile under the muscle. Due to my skin measurements Dr. advised against high profile for me. I haven't heard of the brand you are going with but I adore mine. They have looked beautiful from day 1, despite the scars being very red and healing. My breasts looked a lot like yours (post lift) b4 my aug so i felt compelled to share my experience with you. Good luck!

aww thanks for commenting and sharing your experience and knowledge. I was a little worried about the "high profile" too but Dr. Wolfe assured me I would be ok with this type and explained what each of them do as far as projection on the body. He did my breast lift in 2010 and had created the envelope so to speak so that implants would go smoothly inside, he knew I would be back one day for this procedure. I shared with him my photos of what I am looking for and what I am not. I am excited and a bit nervous I am usually all for surgery to cut things off me but putting things inside me makes me a bit anxious if you know what I mean.

Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome you were able to that without surgery. And best of luck with your bbl too, that was the $$ I've ever spent on myself!

Am so happy for you. More than that..anybody who is warrior enough to lose 100 pounds without that help..deserves a reward!!:-)

Wow, congratulations on the weight loss! What a wonderful birthday present to yourself but it also sounds like you've really earned your surgeries. Here is a forum of members also awaiting their February 2015 breast augmentation. Feel free to join in the conversation!
