Tomorrow I will be changing my garment hopefully as it has become extremely uncomfortable. My back pain is still constant and I am extremely tight. I go back to work on Friday I must admit I’m a bit concerned about my back being able to handle it. I went to the movies last night and I was extremely exhausted by time I got home.
Tomorrow is my 2nd massage I CANNOT WAIT. The relief I felt last time was amazing

I got one massage so far and it was amazing I’m hoping to get another one soon to loosen up Some of the kinks. My stomach is ROCK SOLID and swollen. I used the bathroom yesterday which was great. I’m going to also find out if I can change my garment to something different

I'm glad to hear things are going good. I know they said the massages work wonders and help to relax you.
You look amazing!! Yes i hear u said chamging ur faja have you gone in stage 2 yet i would say like others said ur faja is a love & hate relationship but it should become ur best friend it u want ur body mold into shape!! Ur can have it taken in to size this way it does what it suppose to do for ur body, i am going on the 15th of next for surgery and i will be in my faja religiously!! I will be in it 21 hours a day the only time it would be off it for shower and to get it wash i will buy 2 this way when one in the wash the other is on my body!! Lol I'm dead serious.
But i am glad ur doing well once that drain is out you'll get some relief.

Yesss I changed to the stage 2 faja Monday and it’s tight but WAYYYY better then the binder. The massages have been great as well to loosen the tightness. I will continue to do them for the next 10 Monday’s.
Make sure when u put ur faja on its nice and smooth and fit right on.
I sleep on mines all night and remove for 2 hours just to take my shower and have my body breath a little.
You look wonderful cant wait to see more of u.
