31yr 4'11/125lbs 4 Kids, BA to Restore Deflated Breasts, planning on 460cc textured round silicone, High profile unders

Hi ladies! This is the start of my BA journey and I would like to share my experiences with you all. Since having my first child it has been in the back of my mind about getting Breast implants but I never thought I would actually be where I am now. After each pregnancy my breast have got a little smaller and I have been left with 34b deflated breasts, which is not very attractive when seeing myself in the mirror, I used to be a 34c but don't really remember the perkier days lol, as I had my first child 12yrs ago. It is now time to do something for my self, and I am lucky to have such a supportive partner who will be with me every step of the way. Anyway I had my consultation last Wednesday with Mr Barabas at Mulberry private Healthcare, Very nice hospital all the staff seemed helpful and friendly, ps very nice man tells you how it is which is what I like. So I have grade 1 ( mild ) ptosis, I don't need a lift which is a weight off my mind. I tried on various sizers favouring 380cc but wouldn't mind going a tad bigger, the 380cc sizer was the biggest sizer I could try before doubling up which looked ridiculous for my frame ,bearing in mind ps would use a 420cc implant because I'm having them under the muscle in dule plane, as going under the muscle hides some of the size. As I would like to go a bit bigger he recommend 460cc HP which I have now favoured, I will let him decide on the day to see which size fits better for my frame, he will order 390cc ( just incase ) 420cc and 460cc which are favourtised over all. Hoping to achieve more upper pole, more cleavage, bigger D/DD and in general just a better perky more round looking Breast. My surgery has been provisionally booked for 4th January 2018 and I can't wait.

Thinking this size will go with my bottom heavy frame?

Just a few pre op pics in my favourite swimsuit. 8 months ago I was 40lbs heavier and would have never got this on. Only 8 weeks and 3 days and I'll have my dream boobs to fill it. :) :)
