I am on my second set. I wore the first set nearly full time and both upper and lower surface wore through to where there were holes in the fixture in only five months. The second set had such thin areas it wore through at one point in six months despite only wearing when I was with friends or associates. Am seeking a better product.

Ill let you know how the ones from Brighter Image Lab turn out. They have a new "signature series" that I cant find many reviews on.
By accident, I broke my upper fixture and am replace with same. I'll examine the new closely for too thin areas.
That's exactly the problem I found when providing them for my patients .
You also have to take great care with oral hygiene otherwise its possible to increase the chance of decay to your underlying teeth. Hence I no longer recommend them to my patients .
