A Wonderful Experience

I have always been plagued with exceptionally large breast. When I was 12 years of age, I was a 36C. By the time I was in college, I was a 38d, and after college, two children, and 70lbs added to my 5'5" frame I found myself wearing a 46ddd. 

I made the decision to do something for myself. I started with a strict diet and exercise regimen, and within a year I lost 65 lbs. 
Despite my weight loss, I was still wearing a 42ddd. At that point I realized that I had to have breast reduced.

Before choosing Dr Mays, I was set to see another plastic surgeon in Louisville. Two days before the surgery, I cancelled because I did not feel comfortable with having this surgeon perform my mammoplasty. I did not feel like this doctor was communicating with me, nor was I ever measured during any of my three appointments.

The minute I cancelled I called Dr. Chet Mays' office. I explained my delimma, and asked if I could see him. I was given an appointment, and he saw me right away. 

All I can say is what a world of difference! When I walked in his office, I felt so relaxed. There was coffee, water, and mints available. The receptionist handed me a tablet to complete my history, insurance information, etc. I was then led to a room where I met up with Dr. Mays.

All I am going to say is, Dr Mays is amazing!!

He is extremely professional. When he walked in he explained EVERYTHING to me. I felt very comfortable and he gained my trust immediately. The morning after my surgery he came to the hospital to see me. 
I am SO glad I switched surgeons. All I can say is that if you want a surgeon who cares about the quality of his work, you need to consult with Dr. Mays.
