I had woken up one day and my right implant...
Provider Review
Tom Pousti really did an outstanding job on me. I woke up one morning and noticed my implant had deflated on the right side. I was really freaked out and emotional considering this would be my 4th surgery I would be going through in a 5 year period. The first doctor who had worked on me botched me pretty badly. I had found Tom and he had corrected the first surgeons error and I was really pleased with the results. Unfortunately the implant manufacturer gave me a faulty implant leading to deflation 4 years after my correction surgery. Dr. Pousti responded to my email pretty much right away about the matter and got me an apt that same day. He assured me he would get me in surgery within 7-9 days tops since he knew how much the matter was bothering me. Sure enough he got me the the following week and corrected it. I am 4 weeks out today and healed beautifully. I even look better this time around & much more symmetrical .I am thrilled to have my life back and cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend this doctor. Him and his staff were kind and called me almost everyday for at least 3 weeks after my surgery to check on me and answer any questions that I had to ask! I really feel like this doctor truly cared and wasn't just out for your money. I felt like he was really there for me and my best interest. Instead of trying to talk me into doing both sides over again, he advised me to keep it simple and avoid any further complications and told me I would be better off sticking to the one side, but if I decided to do both that was fine as well. Thank you so much Dr. Pousti!
