So I went in for C02 it was my second treatment....

so I went in for C02 it was my second treatment. however, my derm said this time they would go deeper with C02 not the fractional one because it only gets so deap. Long stores short my appointment was changed to different locations 3 times. I only found out because I called around. So I get there and it's the fractional not just the CO2. And my derm is off so it's another Dr. Well the never took off the numbing creme and didn't apply it right away and didn't know what meds I was supposed to take etc. Long story short I don't know post care if they were supposed to remove the numbing creme before surgery cause I don't feel like the dr went deep enough. Plus it's been 12 hrs later and the numbing creme along with hydrocortisone creme is still on my face. I have no redness, pain and little to no discomfort. My face isn't right and I can still see my scaring ... What should I do ...

Update day 2

They just didn't go deep enough ... I don't know what to do. The dr that performed the surgery this time said the nurse that did it the first time went really, really light. So the Dr. Said she should go much deeper this time. Today I have no pain, no discomfort, no swelling, no bleeding. MY scars are pretty deep but it really doesn't feel like she went deep at all. In fact the nurse that did it the first time I felt like she went a lot deeper. How can this be? I do notice a lot more laser spots (maybe hyper pigmentation?) What concerns me is the Dr. Didn't even come in before the tech put the numbing creme all over my face so I don't know how she new how deep to go. ALso the nurse previously took off the numbing creme before surgery, where as this time the Dr. Did not have the tech do it. They were late getting to me and didn't leave he numbing creme on for an HR so it was painful and the Dr. would add it as she went. I asked how many passes she does and she said one pass (why just one)? SHe later changed that and said two to even it out. I feel like just a number and kind of bummed because I am taking charged leave for this and I didn't get the results I was hoping for. The nurse said she would give me three treatments for the price of 2 which is great but la laser center is 1:45+ hrs away depending on traffic. Not sure it's worth it cause the fractional just doesn't go deep enough. I wonder if Westwood even has the "CO2" machine. I just have so many questions and feel like I have no one to turn to. MY consultant quite shortly before my first surgery. Here are pictures of day one and 2.

Day 2 photos
